This chunky salsa is something my friend Nikki and I make together every summer.

This salad is a bit of a 70's throwback from the jello mould and Lipton onion mix dip era.

Why is it magic you ask? Because it makes it difficult to stop eating veggies.

This is my aunt Patsi's recipe and has been passed around for years.

I love this snack.

I was never a big fan of this very popular dip until Wade Sullivan made a beautiful version of this at a Canada Day party.

I know Christmas is over, but for us, there is still a lot of turkey in our fridge and this is a nice little way to use some of it up.
