Generally we make chicken gravy using coconut as a main ingredient in Goa(India). But today I tried something different with my chicken gravy and it turned out superb. Appreciated by my family. I made chicken by using tomatoes and onions instead of coconut. Also I used curry leaves here for tempering which are mostly used in South Indian Cuisines. This is a very easy curried chicken recipe and doesn't take much time. The consistency of the Gravy for this can be made as per ones choice to be thick or thin by adjusting the amount of water. Also you can make it more spicy by increasing the amount of red chilli powder.
