I know most of you don't want to be eating only soups in fall and this salad is perfect to switch things up.

These delicious spaghetti are coated with a sour cream and gochujang (korean chili paste) are spicy and so so satisfying to eat! It's vegetarian and can easily be made vegan too.

So here is a spicy side ideae ! Braised nappa cabbage, marinated in gochujang and soy sauce.

I used 4 different types of mushrooms to make this lasagna (trumpets of death, chanterelles, hedgehog and porcini).

One can never have too many squash recipes in my opinion.

What a treat to come home to a hearty piping hot bowl of lentil soup after a long day in the fall cold ! We have lentils, kale and a few good spices going on here, it makes for a delicious slightly lemony soup.

A very colorful and pretty winter pizza, it's loaded with good stuff : goat cheese, mushrooms, bacon, spinach.
