180 g ripe bananas.

Tip : It is important to take ripe bananas for this pancake recipe. If your bananas aren’t enough, place them with the skin on the baking sheet and bake 15/20 min at 300 °F

How to make 2 ingredient pancakes


It’s easy to make 2 ingredient pancakes :

Mash the bananas before mixing them with the eggs or simply mix the eggs and banana in a blender until the mixture is smooth. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes per side.
