It can be consumed by grinding into flour and making bhakri, dosa, dhokla, also by mixing into chapati flour. Today , let us prepare one of the easiest ragi recipes called nachni satva. Originally it is prepared using whole ragi. Ragi or nachni is first soaked in water over night and then ground with grated coconut using some water . It is then strained using strainer and then cooked with jaggery . In my recipe, instead of whole ragi, I have used ragi flour. So let's see how to prepare this delicious , nutritious and quick pudding. It can be consumed as breakfast or dessert or snack.
