I adapted this recipe from SEEMA'S DINE DEVINE who is an ace cook and very good FB friend of mine.
INGREDIENTS:- Potatoes, 1 inch pieces, boiled - 4 oil - 4 tbl sp cumin seeds - 1 tsp salt to taste red chilly pow - 1 tsp coriand.
These delicious Sri Lankan Egg and Seeni Sambol Buns are soft, fluffy and filled with spicy caramelized onions and hard-boiled eggs.
Just use this recipe as a general framework and sub in you have.
Every meal in Crete included lots of olive oil, super rich local yogurt and a must for every meal were the boiled greens, or χόρτα (horta).
