As you might imagine, I was all about Bon Appetit’s May “Italy” issue.
I have this awesome cookbook I got when I was in San Antonio a few years ago (I think I may have actually purchased said cookbook at the Alamo), called Los Barrios Family Cookbook.
Perfect with my Fried Fish tacos or fried chicken! Everything comes together super quick in a food processor or blender on pulse mode.
It so easy to make my Skinny Alfredo Sauce and only requires very few ingredients! Butter, Garlic, Flour, Skim Milk, and Parmesan Cheese.
I’m not big on coffee (unless it’s mixed with a lot of sugar and milk), but I have been drinking tea since I was a little girl.
It’s almost of the Fourth of July, so for the next few days I’m going to try to focus on foods that would be perfect for your holiday cookout or get-together.
