Falooda Seeds Pudding / Chia Strawberry Pudding

Falooda Seeds Pudding / Chia Strawberry Pudding

Chia seeds which are also used in falooda are very healthy . They don't have their own taste but they give an authentic look when used in the recipes. They are also good for digestion. Also called as sabza, subza, basil seeds or tukmirya. They are also used as popular drinks in Southeast Asia. When immersed in liquids like water or milk for a long time, they become gelatinous. Then they can be used to prepare pudding , icecreams or shake. In my recipe, I have soaked my chia seeds in almond milk. You can also use plain milk instead. But if you want to make it dairy free, use almond milk. The more you keep them for soaking, more they get gelatinous. But try to keep them soaked for at least 2 hours before preparing .
