
Cakalang fufu is a cured and smoked skipjack tuna from North Sulawesi.

This is one of my mom’s recipe, I remember that she was preparing it when I was still a toddler.

They are great for breakfast, lunch, snack, or lunchboxes and freezer-friendly too.
