  It’s not a typical Saturday… I remember Jakarta is still quiet that day. Sunlight kisses my eyelids, trying to convince me that this is the right time for me to wake up. It so hard for me to climb up the bed because I’m still in Ramadan mood. I’m about to close my eyes again when I remember I have an appointment for cooking class at Gyoza Bar.  Cooking Class at Gyoza Bar Jakarta It’s 11.42 a.m when I arrive at Delicae Senayan City. Delicae is a new dining venue located on 5th floor of Senayan City, not far from Cinema XXI. The place was crowded because it is weekend and almost lunch time when arrive. It took a while for me to find where is the location for today’s cooking class. When I’m about to ask the direction, I see a reflection of Pak James from the glass wall. There were about 20 people in the room who was ready for Gyoza cooking class. There are four tables prepared for participants, each table occupied by five people.
