This is a hearty one-dish dinner with lots of vegetables.

These are super easy stuffed peppers that cook right in the same skillet you made the stuffing in.

A tagine is both a cooking vessel (wide shallow base with a conical top) and a type of stew.

I used a pork and herb sausage for this but any kind will work: Italian, Bratwurst, Smoked.

You could also roast the pork in a 400F (200C) oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
