These are classic French cream puffs filled with your choice of smooth and creamy filling. Cream puffs are made from a choux dough (pronounced 'shoe'), formally called pâte à choux. With the choux dough, you can make cream puffs or eclairs and the fillings are traditionally simple whipped cream or pastry cream. For this recipe, I have enhanced the whipped cream with strawberries and added some lemon curd as a filling option. Enjoy!
