
Celeriac, or celery root, has a mild celery taste and is great for stews, skillets, or an addition to mashed potatoes.

A few months ago, my mother-in-law took a cooking class at the Cincinnati Women’s Club taught by a chef from a fancy Italian restaurant in town.

Serves 2 as a side dish 3 celery ribs, preferably cut from closer to the heart and peeled of tough fibers and cut into quite thick matc.
