The chicken cutlet is slightly spicy, juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. the chicken burger is then served with creamy mango sauce, gourmet sesame bun, and red cabbage coleslaw. To make the spicy crispy fried chicken first you need to brine the boneless chicken breast or thighs with hot sauce and spices and let it chill in a fridge overnight. The next morning grab your chicken and dredge it in a dry batter, then dip it in ice-cold water. Repeat the process once more and set aside for 5 minutes then fry the chicken until golden brown. Crispy Chicken Sandwich Ingredients 2 chicken thighs 1 egg white 1 tsp garlic powder hot sauce Salt & black pepper Dredge 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika 1/2 tbsp black pepper Creamy mango sauce 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 mango, roughly chopped 1 red chili Juice of 1 lime Salt and pepper to taste Coleslaw 1 cup shredded red cabbage 1 carrot, peeled and sliced chopped cilantro, optional 1 tbsp apple cider …
I always have to think about what snack to give to my son once he returns from school. I want him to enjoy what he is eating and it should be also healthy. Normally kids like pizzas, burgers but instead of buying them from outside, I prefer making them at home with a healthy touch. The kids always otherwise are fussy eaters especially with vegetables. So we moms have to constantly think about how to make them go in their tummies. As a result, we keep hiding them somewhere or the other in their food. But my son catches me many times so this time I decided to prepare something with spinach but making it taste delicious by hiding in his favorite burger buns. This is one of my healthy recipes, very simple and quick to prepare. You can prepare the patties and refrigerate and use whenever required by warming in the oven. The patty is made out of chicken which is marinated with spinach paste, mixed with some spices and then baked .
Okay so this is one of the best pizza I've made in my entire life, not even kidding. Soooo good, full of spices and the chives sauce to dip is crazy addicting. Please do it and see for yourself!

This versatile dip or spread gets its flavors from a Parsi chicken liver specialty 'Kaleji Aleti-Paleti', made with chopped chicken liver marinated in Indian spices, garlic and ginger. Fresh tarragon, cognac and red wine turn an already mouthwatering Parsi preparation into a unique appetizer, best served as a party dip or spread with pita chips, sliced baguette, crudités or tortilla chips.

With melted cheese and all the fixings, it’s a meal that’s ALWAYS a crowd pleaser. Feel free to use leftover cooked chicken in place of the rotisserie chicken. For the sauce, you can use any brand of jarred green salsa (also called tomatillo salsa) that you like (if you’re feeding kids go for a mild version). Buy more tortillas than you’ll need, just in case some break when you’re rolling the enchiladas. I like to serve these enchiladas with these Instant Pot pinto beans!
Served at most Parsi events and occasions, ‘Chicken Farchas’ are a uniquely Parsi cuisine serving of crisp on the outside and moist on the inside chicken-pieces, much like a spiced version of the western concept of ‘fried chicken’. 1. In a standing mixer combine the yeast, water, honey and 1 TBSP of the oil and let sit for 5 minutes.2. Add flour and 1/2 tsp of the salt and mix with a dough hook until dough pulls away from the sides, add small amounts of flour and/or water if necessary.3. In a large bowl add the 1 tsp of oil. Form dough into a ball and place in the bowl with the oil and flip dough around to coat. Let rise about 30 minutes.4. Heat the sausage in a pan until cooked through breaking it up into small pieces as you go.5. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Pull out a pizza pan about 16 inches in diameter.6. In a bowl combine the tomato sauce, basil, oregano, garlic and the 1/8 tsp salt.7. Turn dough onto a lightly floured counter top and form into a circle working from the middle and pressing with your fingers.8. Make the dough circle diameter about 20 inches (4 inches larger than the diameter of your pizza pan). Place the dough on the pizza pan so it overlaps the edges of the pan.9. Place the cheese strips on the dough around the edge of the pan and then sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese strips.10. Roll the overlapping edge of the dough over the cheese and bacon and press with your fingers to seal.11. Place 4 ounces of the sauce on the pizza dough and spread evenly covering the entire pizza, crust and all.12. Top the center of the pizza with the shredded mozzarella and then top with the sausage.13. Place in the oven and bake for about 14 minutes or until crust is a golden brown.14. Serve pizza with the remaining sauce to dip your crusts in.
You can easily adapt this recipe to your own heat tolerance by using more or less, hotter or milder, peppers in your rendition. The goat cheese gives it an especially great flavor and the sharp cheddar gives it a bit of a bite, while the cream cheese holds it all together and gives it a nice creamy texture. Cooking the peppers makes them much milder than they are when raw, so even using a whole jalapeno, would not make this too hot for the average person. You can also use the peppers raw in this recipe and that is fun too! Simply remove the seeds and stem and finely chop the peppers before adding them to the cheeses. I still like to precook the shallots for this dip, though! This dip is wonderful cold, and I venture to say, even better hot, so you can serve it either way. We also served it as a topping for homemade chicken enchiladas in lieu of sour cream, and that was fantastic!
