Few years ago, I’ve shared a popular Taiwanese staple dish - Lu Rou Fan (Braised Pork Rice).

Braised Fondant Potatoes have a crusty, golden brown on the top and a smooth creamy interior with the rich flavor of butter, garlic, and fresh thyme.

A Filipino dish consisting of pork shoulder marinated and braised in pineapple and soy sauce then served with steamed jasmine rice.

A spicy Indian dish consisting of chicken marinated in yogurt and spices then braised in tomatoes and onions and served over basmati rice.

These veal short ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with a flavor that is so rich and deep that it can't be beaten! They are dry brined, seared to perfection, and then braised in the oven before being topped off with a decadent homemade Marsala.

There is such a gorgeous balance when the sweet and lightly acidic tang of the plum cuts through the rich deep flavors and fattiness of the slow cook beef.
