
Braised Pork Chops with easy, home-made Mushroom Sauce

These veal short ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with a flavor that is so rich and deep that it can't be beaten! They are dry brined, seared to perfection, and then braised in the oven before being topped off with a decadent homemade Marsala.

Green onions (AKA scallions!) are one of the first fresh produce available in New England in the spring! My basket was full of green onions on my first trip to the farm stand this past weekend.
