You can use cabbage, or romaine, or whatever green you like, but be sure to add some cilantro leaves and a bunch of crunchy things, like toasted almonds, peanuts, or cashews, (or all three), toasted top ramen noodles, sesame seeds, celery, radishes, and chow mein noodles. Oh, and we love the wonton strips in this salad, too! Toss it all in a sesame ginger soy dressing.

Chicken Stroganoff | Easy Recipe

Chicken Stroganoff | Easy Recipe

Chicken stroganoff is an easier and a faster to cook version of the popular Russian dish. Chicken cooks way faster than beef, which means no pressure cooker or instant pots are needed. One pan, couple of common spices and some cream is basically all you need to cook this perfect dinner. My chicken stroganoff recipe is a bit different from most, since I'm also using pickles to make the sauce taste even better. Try it!

Crispy Jackfruit with Curry Sauce - Dreamy Table

Crispy Jackfruit with Curry Sauce - Dreamy Table

This delicious crispy jackfruit with curry sauce is a good alternative for fried chicken. The stringy texture of young jackfruit is good for emulating chicken recipes. In this one, jackfruit infused with spices and fried to perfection. Enjoy this fried jackfruit with coconut curry sauce, or your favorite mayonnaise. Ultimate Steak Burrito Bowls with Avocado Crema

Ultimate Steak Burrito Bowls with Avocado Crema

These easy-to-make steak burrito bowls are one of my favorite dinners, and I hope you’ll love them too! Spice-rubbed skirt steak gets served with a tangle of caramelized peppers, onions and sweet corn, with a creamy avocado sauce to tie everything together. The recipe was inspired by the Chicken Burrito Bowls in my book, Build-a-Bowl. I swap out the chicken for skirt steak and amp up the flavor with a smoky-sweet spice rub (the steak is worth making in its own right, even if you don’t make the bowls). I also incorporate a mix of fajita-inspired veggies (which get cooked in the same pan as the steak!). The avocado crema sauce is like the love child between guacamole and sour cream and is also amazing on tacos. I love to serve all of the components over grains for a one-bowl dinner, but they’re also delicious tucked into tortillas. Feel free to swap out the skirt steak for boneless, skinless chicken thighs.

Spicy Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Spicy Baked Chicken Drumsticks

If you want to prepare something for appetizer , which is also oil free, why not try out these spicy baked chicken drumsticks. They are very easy to prepare, oven baked with garlicky flavor. To prepare this , first of all you have to marinade the drumsticks well, to get the flavor absorbed in well. So it is always better to keep the pieces marinated the previous day and then just bake the next day. But if you are in a hurry, then at least make sure you marinade them for 1 hour. You can also deep fry these drumsticks if not health conscious, but they taste equally good baked. Also you can modify the spices according to your tastebuds. I like it with more garlic. So let's see how to bake these juicy and yummy drumsticks.

Spicy Peanut Pork Noodles (Gluten free)

Spicy Peanut Pork Noodles (Gluten free)

These spicy peanut pork noodles feature crispy pork, a creamy peanut sauce and fresh spinach for an addicting one-dish dinner that you’ll want to make on repeat. The brand of rice noodles you use makes a big difference in terms of texture, so pay attention to the quantities. If you use Lotus Foods Pad Thai Rice Noodles (which I love for their toothsome bite), you’ll need two packages, or 1 pound. If you use Annie Chun’s or Thai Kitchen brand, use 1 box, or 8 ounces (you can use white or brown rice noodles for any brand). If you prefer, you can swap out the pork for ground turkey. Take note that the peanut sauce will taste very potent on its own, but it will get diluted with chicken broth when it goes into the pan. The sauce can be made up to 2 days in advance.
